Packaging :
It comes in a tube packaging. The whole Rice range is colour coordinated. It is kinda big, not so travel friendly but then it doesn’t leak from anywhere.
Texture :
The Cleanser is not runny at all. It is more like a cream. But it buttery soft when rubbed in between both hands. It reminds of the Ponds face washes. It has very similar texture. It smells like the rice water.
My thoughts :
Firstly, I am a dry skin type. Whenever is use it with the The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Cleansing Lotion, I don’t feel any dryness on my face. It gives me a clean and bright face. However when I use it alone , I feel a bit dry (not too much). It gives a clean and bright face. It clears out all the dirt. It gives a clean finish. It can remove every makeup ( even the waterproof mascara , if you use a cleansing lotion/Micellar water before, once).
I haven’t noticed anything about smooth skin ( as it claims ) but it definitely brightens up my face when I use it and stays for 10-20 mins. But in general, it doesn’t give you a brightened complexion.

Will I recommend?
Yes, I will recommend this, every skin type, specially for double cleansing . Or else , any other face wash will do the same. However if you have dry skin, I will recommend to skip this, specially in winter.
